Cancellation Policy
There will be a credit/debit card fee of 3.5% on all transactions.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service total. No-shows will also be charged 50%.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation and will still be subject to this policy.
