As a Mizani AirCut Certified stylist, I love creating personalized looks that are beautiful, low-maintenance, and easy to recreate at home. 🌱When you sit in my chair, I want you to feel comfortable, heard, and never rushed. Cancellation Policy
There will be a 3.5% fee on all credit/debit card transactions.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Guests who do not show up for their appointment without notice will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Guests who arrive significantly late may need to reschedule their appointment and may still be subject to the cancellation fee if there is not enough time to complete the scheduled service.
These fees help protect my small business and allow me to offer appointment times to clients on my waitlist.
Guests with two or more late cancellations or one no-call/no-show may be required to pay a booking deposit of 50% the service price for future appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the cost of the scheduled service.
I understand that emergencies happen. If something unexpected comes up, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at my discretion.
